We will contact the customer upon arrival of order. We schedule an exact installation time… not a 2 to 4 hour window period. A courtesy call is provided upon installer running behind schedule. Upon arrival, we will greet customer and remove our shoes while installing. We will remove any old treatments and donate to a local charity when possible. We will clean up any mess we have created. Instructions are provided to the customer to operate their new treatments and go over the lifetime warranty. We treat everyone the same, doesn’t matter the location, size of home, or amount purchased.
